A former Olympian, Olia is a business owner and trainer with 10+ years of experience within high performance sport, corporate health & wellness as well as luxury events and venues. The founder of TheModernBody, a training platform promoting my uniquely designed workout method of hybrid training techniques, her training programs embrace the unique fusion of athleticism and grace.

Her career in high performance sport commenced at the age of 14 when she was selected for the Australian National Team for Synchronized Swimming. With a background in Classical Ballet and Rhythmic Gymnastics, she went on to compete internationally for Australia at FINA World Cups, World Championships and the 2012 London Olympic Games.

Following her sporting career, Olia went on to complete a Degree in Sport Science. She has developed extensive skills and knowledge working alongside the Australian Olympic Committee, elite clientele and high profile businesses. She has been involved in hosting and delivering world-class workout events such as the Urban Fuel Weekend alongside Chris Hemsworth’s celebrity trainer, Luke Zocchi. Furthermore, developing and programming Wellness Weeks at Luxury Lifestyle Venues across Australia, including top venues such as The Emporium and The W Hotel and now work alongside Australia's leading venue, The Calile Hotel.
